No breakfast (bad girl) - I got to sleep in...unitl 11am. I'm not going to feel guilty about it, because since having a baby I never get to...and I had some catching up to do. I feel RESTED!
11:30am - lunch
Before Eating: just hungry
1/2 turkey sandwich (1 slice whole wheat bread, 2 slices deli turkey, 1/2 tbs mayo, lettuce)
1/2 cup applesauce
1 mint-chocolate rice-cake snack pack
Nutrition: Cal: 260/Fat:9.5g/Sodium: 585mg/Carbs: 30g/Protein: 9g
After Eating: somewhat satisfied...still a little hungry.
5:30pm-dinner (at a friend's house)
Before Eating: hungry
1 serve lagsagna, 2 serves caesar salad, 1 garlic bread, and apple crisp dessert w/ icecream

After Eating: I had a mix of emotions. I wanted to eat a second helping of everything, but at the same time I felt disappointed for eat so much to begin with. I didn't need the 2nd serving of caesar salad...could have had half a serve of lagsagna...didn't need garlic bread...could have skipped dessert. I always feel like I should eat a lot when other people cook for me, because it shows them that I enjoy their food and appreciate the time that went into preparing it. I also felt full after eating...and I now feel VERY bloated (Pasta does that do me every time). I did not make good choices for this meal and need to get over my psychological need to eat more when others prepare a meal for me.
