Nutrition: Cal: 90/Fat: 4g/Sodium: 105mg/Carbs: 13g/Protein: 2g
After Eating: not as hungry, but went to the kitchen several times and opened the cupboards and then walked out...still wanted to graze.

12:00pm-lunch
Before Eating: very hungry
turkey sandwich: turkey, may, lettuce, whole wheat bread

2:45pm - snack
Before Eating: tummy was grumbling - I'm HUNGRY
Apple
Nutrition: Cal: 72/Fat: 0g/Sodium: 1.4mg/Carbs: 19g/Protein: 0g
After Eating: tummy isn't grumbling...much to my surprise I'm not physically hungry anymore. This is when the mental part comes in. I had to really think about if I was actually hungry, because I didn't think an apple would do it. Therefore when I finished the apple my mind told me to eat something else, but when I actually thought about it I wasn't physically hungry anymore.

4:30pm - another snack
Before Eating: I was actually preparing my 14 month's old dinner and it included cheese. Cheese is a FAVORITE, and I couldn't resist. It went into my mouth (a full serving)so I need to account for it.
cheddar cheese
Nutrition: Cal: 110/Fat: 9g/Sodium: 180mg/Carbs: 1g/Protein: 7g
After Eating: I relished eating it and then told myself to get a grip as I would be eating dinner in less than an hour

5:15pm - dinner
Before Eating: hungry
Leftover Butter Chicken (Indian Dish...not a buttery dish...not sure why it's called that) & 1 cup brown rice
Nutrition: Cal: 527/Fat:25g/Sodium: 795mg/Carbs:40g/Protein: 27g
After Eating: Still felt a little hungry - darn it!

7:30pm - snack
Before Eating: still feeling hungry from dinner. I had a moment where I wanted to grab a pack of Clubhouse crackers and the peanut butter and polish off the pack. But I resisted. I was reheating a bowl of chili for husband, and there were saltines and sour cream...so that became my snack.
7 fat-free saltines dipped in light sour cream - probably amounted to about 2 TBSP
Nutrition: Cal: 130/Fat: 2.5g/Sodium: 400mg/Carbs: 22g/Protein: 3.5g
After Eating: Felt like I had wasted what could have been a good snack on crappy crackers and sour cream...because I ate on impulse.

DAILY TOTAL:
Cal: 1459/Fat:55.5g/Sodium: 2476mg/Carbs:142g/Protein: 65.5g
